He has drawn caricatures and other funny characters to give us who see his art a good laugh. With a past of a childhood where his enchanting ice blue and oliven eyes have observed and experienced more than what children should do, drawing has been a part of his journey to find meaning with life.
Ben Raymond has gradually hunted for good motifs to delight young and old humans with his art. He makes his mark in the hearts of Norwegians, where we who experience his beautiful motifs are both moved and nostalgic. Ben Raymond has a unique ability to make people feel when they see his art.

Both Lily and Ben Raymond have shadows from the past, fighting nightmare demons from childhood, and they use their art to be a voice in this world, and the most important message; you are not alone…
Lily, Orkidedatter is well known as «the dark soul from the white Arctic» or «the black rose» or «a from winterwonderland» out there in the world because of her dark and mysterious writings. She is a poet and author who bleed letters on a blank canvas from her soul and heart. Through her art you can glimpse her dark soul, but her vividly Spirit colors it with the spark from the rainbow.
From old childhood memories and flashbacks she found her inner child when she was a grown up and as a healing journey she are using art to heal wounds and scars from much pain to let them grow and she is learning to live with a past a little child should not experience.
Lily step into a separate universe, her own galaxy of imagination and feelings that are expressed through her fingers or paint brushes and other painting tools on the canvas.
Abstract is close to her heart. She bathe in an orgy of colors which explode when they hit the blank canvas. Her own wobbliness of thought, her consciousness or unconsciousness and emotions reach a separate level of a landscape from her mind when a painting comes to life.
Lily’s heart and soul dance to the rhythm of her pulse and the beat of her body, where colors and patterns are transformed into a proof of her artistic expression.
As an artist, Lily want to visualize something from deep within. How you interpret it, what you see, what you feel and what touches you, it is up to you the moment her art is discovered by you.
If Lily can touch another person with her images in the compass of the soul and the root of the heart, then Lily’s work as an artist is worth more than you can imagine.
Lily hope that her art will become a small part of someone’s life, as she give a little piece of herself in every artwork, every time a new work is finished.
Ben Raymond Triggs, a shaded line in motion & Orkidedatter, a black rose, both from Norway dare to dream big and they are starting on a new path in their lifes. To be an artist can be a lonely road, but together they can reach for the stars in a world of artists.
Life is short, our breath may not be ours forever.
