Rådyrene krafser i haugen.

Rundt de skjøre bena til rådyrene spruter det støv og møkk.

Støv som ligger som et spøkelse over det vakre som en gang var.

Ingen nåde i denne verden.

Ghostsouls from the nature

Nature’s most beautiful souls have been sawn and cut down.

Have been driven over, stepped on and shuffled off by an excavator.

Many of the beautiful trees have been swept up by the root and shaken up and down.

Something is gone, but a lot is left.

The trees are pushed together to smithereens and back there are large, dark and gloomy piles.

Piles of beautiful trees and shrubs that have faded with their splendor.

It’s like a burial mound.

It feels like it is shouted by pain from the tree souls.

Some deer stand by the dark piles.

There were once green and succulent buds that tasted of nature’s purity.

The roe deer scramble in the mound.

Around the fragile deer legs, dust and mud splashes.

Dust that lies like a ghost over the beauty that once was.

No grace in this world.

Man against nature.

Can the beautiful tones from rippling autumn leaves color the spring’s raindrops again.

It is like the bones rustling from the inner chamber of the dust.

Fragile the brave nature’s own voice withering away.

They stick well.

I can glimpse ghost souls from nature who painfully struggle for eternal life.

It becomes empty, again it is just a ghostly landscape that can give the darkest dark goose skin.

      1. I practice gratitude regularly and now I have something new to be grateful for…knowing that my feedback can be so affirming and positive for you makes me happy! I apologise for my sign off using «Hälsningar» my son recently heard he was successful in getting a two week Summer University placement in Sweden, which I had in error thought was in Norway and thought I had learned a new Norweigan word.

You make me smile, your warm humorous sense is wonderful. It is very nice that your son is going to Sweden at a university, they have very good university in Sweden I have heard.
It was a Swedish word, but it was just fine, and I thought it was cool to be so linguistic🦋
in norwegian we say, greeting from (Hilsen fra) or with kind regards (med vennlig hilsen) or Sincerely from (hjertelig hilsen fra).
In Swedish, almost sounds nicer, cozy language.

      3. It is empowering to know others see something in us that we may not be able to see ourselves. I don’t think one word of vocabulary can count as linguistic but I’ll take the compliment anyway!! 😃😎 Hilsen fra, Marie xx

  3. You portray your thoughts so beautifully! Yes, nature around us is being destroyed all the time, putting up more buildings. More needs to be protected. I love being outside, with trees, birds and other animals. It is so peaceful! In the city it’s always so much stress, nice to be with nature where it’s calm and refreshing. Beautiful photo of the deer also, I enjoyed seeing it very much!😁. I hope you have a wonderful day Orchid!

      1. I enjoy reading what you have written!😀. It’s nice to know someone else who likes the outdoors too. I really like your deer, they are different than the deer we have. Are the deer very big in Norway? Enjoy your day, well, I guess it’s evening there!😁 Muffin meows her hello!😺

      2. Hello, so nice to read🦋Now it is a little bit late, and I am going to bed very soon. Yes, I love nature and often I meditate in it or just walk around in it.
Yes, I think the deer is a little bit different, it is much smaler than a moose. In Norway we have «hjort». When I was in Canada the «Elk» was like our «Hjort». Elk is a little bit bigger than our deer in Norway.
I am sorry, but I don’t know an English word for «hjort», when I translate it tells me that is the deer, but the «hjort» is bigger than the deer you see at my picture.
Well, maybe you are a little bit confused now…
        Muffin; you are so lovely🦋
        Take care🦋

  4. «…Fragile the brave nature’s own voice withering away….» there are so many more phases which are woven beautifully… It’s sad that mother nature is fading away but we should protect and preserve what we have and continue our life with positive and faithful hopes…
