Meditation

When nature offers this sunrise then I just have to meditate.

I feel totally relaxed and I come «home» inside myself.

I can feel all the stress flowing out of my head and down my body and out …

I say goodbye and never hope I get that stressed back again…

I welcome new and good thoughts.

There is a lot going on in my life right now and I accept how I feel and deal with what may come of emotions and thoughts and reactions.

It’s not all that is just as nice, but it’s part of me that I have to work with.

It’s a perfect morning to dig into myself again…

Embraced by the Norwegian faune I fill myself up again with clean and fresh energy.

Feeling in touch and contact with Mother Earth and some of her elements are indescribably strong to me in a moment of mindfulness.

I’m practicing to be present at the moment.

I need to strengthen all my senses.

Thank you so much to the beautiful nature and everything in it for this experience.

  1. It’s always great to have this space to meditate and remove all the negative aura, I wished I had this chance today but I guess I need to find another way

  3. Hi Lillian! You certainly have a wonderful spot to get alone for your meditation. Being out in nature is always the best thing for dealing with stress, it helps me a lot and the calmness returns so quickly and gives strength for moving ahead.     1. Yes, I can feel what you mean, thank you. I am agree with you, and I always up early, I love the morningsun and a good cup of coffee, and the silence outdoor and the silence outside is indescribable.

  4. That is a great poem here! I think you are promoting meditation in you own beautiful way! and that is really amazing!

    I have been writing about meditation too, i love to tell people( sometimes force them 🙂 to this beautiful practice, it is just because i know how powerful can meditating daily be! i have been doing meditation since about three years now! exploring ways to meditate, and have finally started a blog on meditation to promote this practice to as many people as i can! here is the link: meremeditator.health.blog

    1. Wow, that was quite a compliment, thanj you so much. I deeply appreciate it. You fill my heart with joy when I read you have started to blog about it. Thank you, because I am agree with you. People don’t know how powerful meditation is. I didn’t know for a couple of years
      either. I hope it is a theme that we can talk about a lot and give people information about it, instead of talk it to silence..
